Job Overview:

As a UX Designer at Underscore Technology Private Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and user interface of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, stays current with industry trends, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities and Skill:

1. User Research and Analysis:

- Conduct user research to understand the needs and behaviors of our target audience.

- Analyze and interpret data to inform design decisions and improvements.

2. Wireframing and Prototyping:

- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design ideas.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.

3. Visual Design:

- Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

- Below mentioned tool are required to create high-fidelity design

−Figma,

−Adobe Illustrator

−Adobe Photoshop

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

5. Usability Testing:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.

- Use feedback from testing to refine and enhance the user experience.

6. Stay Current with Industry Trends:

- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design.

- Share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
